Cassian is the assistant inside your Cowork chat — the one with the glowing orb. This is a quick tour of everything it can do for you, including what's new this month.

You already talk to Cassian by typing (or speaking — tap the mic) in your Cowork window. It can build web pages, design bespoke images and video, draft your marketing and client documents, do research, and hand you finished files you can open with one click. You stay in charge — anything meant for a client still comes to Lee first.
Cassian just got a big upgrade to how it works with you. Four things you'll notice right away:
Before starting something bigger, Cassian now asks a couple of quick questions so it builds the right thing the first time — no wasted rounds.
You'll see a live task list as it works, and it now checks its own work before calling anything done.
Finished work comes back as a clickable card you can open — not buried in a wall of text.
It looks things up before answering questions about current facts, and shows its sources so you can trust the result.
Also new: Cassian can now create original images and video on EmpowerIT's own render server — real hero images, motion graphics, and background video loops made just for your page, all licensed clean for client work. More on that below.
Grouped by the work you actually do. The italic lines are examples you can copy — but plain language works fine; Cassian will ask if it needs more.
From a quick mockup to a fully designed, premium page in the EmpowerIT look. Cassian starts with a short brief for you to approve, then builds it.
Cassian can generate original visuals on EmpowerIT's own AI render server — no stock photos, no licensing worries. Great for hero images, section art, animated stats, and short background video loops that match the page.
Note: images are near-instant; video takes a few minutes, so ask for it when you're not in a rush.
LinkedIn posts, Substack newsletters, YouTube scripts, articles — drafted in EmpowerIT's voice and saved to the right folder, marked ready for Lee's review.
Proposals (Word), audit reports (PDF), pitch decks (PowerPoint), one-pagers, case studies — real files in the right format, versioned, ready for Lee's approval before anything goes out.
Look things up, summarise, compare, explain, plan. Cassian searches the web for anything current and shows its sources.
Cassian drafts and builds; Lee approves anything that leaves EmpowerIT. Client documents, proposals, and posts are saved as drafts marked "awaiting Lee" — nothing is sent, emailed, or published to a client on its own. That's by design, so you can move fast without worrying about the last step.
You can publish preview pages to your own jiliam- web address for sharing and review. Full client go-live still runs through Lee.
Cassian is here to take the mechanical weight off your day so your judgment and taste do the work that matters. If something's clunky or you wish it could do X, tell Lee — the whole point is that it keeps getting better around how you work.
